16 days and counting

Well, time really has flown by. Gone are the days of 2007! Happy belated new year everyone! I’m in Queensland at the moment, been here for the last 20 days, spent Christmas and new years here with my dad and two brothers, it has been really good so far. Christmas was good, although our plans of a BBQ on the beach were ruined by a huge downpour of rain, but we still had fun just hanging around the house and eating too much food! I was spoiled way too much this year! I got some CD’s, DVD’s, games, clothes, a book and a crazy thing called a ‘bop it’ .. Its REALLY addictive! Haha. Haven’t been getting up to much really, a lot of relaxing, shopping, mucking around, going to movies, visiting rellies, cooking, going to the beach, fishing, and went out to Marian Weir which was cool… well.. I guess that is a fair few things huh.. and there is still time for more!

Anyways...Nathan and Mitchell both went back to Adelaide today, so its just me and Dad for the rest of the holiday. I have another 10 days here before I get back to Adelaide, then only a week before I leave for Indonesia! Hope its enough time to get everything organised!!

Tech News: haha... My long awaited student loan finally came through, and I am now the owner of a shiny, new macbook pro! Don’t wanna be a ‘fanboy’ but its a pretty awesome computer. (Well, what I have discovered of it so far anyway)... I also got a new digital camera, its so small, not much bigger than my phone! (Sony DSC T200 if anyone cares) Unlike my last one, it easily fits in my pocket, it’s much less annoying and takes great pics! Means I’ll actually WANT to take it with me! Haha. I’ve still got a fair few things I need to buy for Indo tho!
